Changing your mind
For most purchases made online, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days after receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us within that period and return the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.
Unless we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning an unwanted item. Please package it securely. You may handle the item as reasonably necessary to examine it; any reduction in value caused by additional handling may be deducted where permitted by law.
We will refund eligible returned items, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where required by law, using your original payment method. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or acceptable evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier.
Exceptions
Some products may be exempt from cancellation rights, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken. We will explain any applicable exception when you contact us.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us at sales@cambriatrading.co.uk with your order details. We will help resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory rights and will not charge you for a return where we are responsible.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under UK consumer law.
