These terms apply when you use www.cambriatrading.co.uk or purchase products from Cambria Trading.

2. Using our website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorised access. You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Products and prices

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from images because of screen settings or manufacturer updates. All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown before you complete your order.

We may change prices, descriptions and availability at any time before an order is accepted. If we discover a material pricing or stock error after you order, we will contact you and offer the choice of proceeding on the corrected basis or receiving a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm that it has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, including where a product is unavailable, payment is not authorised or there is an obvious error. If payment has already been taken, we will refund it.

You must be authorised to use the payment method provided. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses. Available services, charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. We will deliver within the agreed period and, unless otherwise agreed, no later than 30 days after accepting your order. We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a person you have nominated.

6. Cancellations and returns

Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Return and Refund Policy, available from the website footer. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

7. Faulty or misdescribed goods

Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item is faulty, damaged or misdescribed, contact sales@cambriatrading.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue. We will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. It is available from the website footer. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes information needed to provide the store and checkout services.

9. Intellectual property

The content and design of this website, including our branding, text and graphics, belong to us or our licensors. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes but may not reproduce or exploit its content without permission.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
